We take pride in the quality of our air conditioners. Every KrysCape unit is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering material and manufacturing defects—including the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and motor.
If your unit develops a fault under normal use within one year, we’ll replace it at no cost.
This warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, improper installation, power surges, or extreme weather exposure.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and photos showing the issue. Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
6. Billing and Account Information
We accept orders from both individual customers and dealers.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and shipping details for all purchases.
