KrysCape Return & Refund Policy
At KrysCape, we stand behind the quality of our RV air conditioners and want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please review the policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns for new, unused, and unopened items only.
To start a return, please reach out to us within 30 calendar days of your purchase date.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping will be covered by KrysCape in the following cases:
The wrong product was sent.
The item arrived defective or damaged.

If you’re returning the product for other reasons — such as a change of mind or personal preference — return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

How to Return a Product
Please do not ship returns directly to the address on the product packaging or our website.

 to receive the correct return address and detailed instructions.

Return & Exchange Steps
Contact service@kryscape.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Follow the provided return instructions and ship your product to the correct address.
Package your item carefully to prevent damage in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund or exchange within 2 business day.

Inspection Process
Every returned item undergoes a thorough inspection before approval:
Visual Check: to confirm the unit is unused and undamaged.
Functional Test: to verify operational integrity.
Internal Review: if necessary, to detect any misuse or improper installation.
Please note: any item that shows signs of installation, use, or damage will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 1 business day.
Depending on your payment provider, funds typically appear in your account within 1–10 business days.

Shipping & Handling Fees
For returns caused by product defects or shipping errors, no shipping fees will be deducted.
For customer-initiated returns, the refund amount will be minus the original $50 shipping cost.
No restocking fees apply.

Important Return Conditions
Returned products must remain in brand-new, unused, and unopened condition.
Any returns showing improper packaging or handling may be rejected.
Please follow our return instructions carefully to avoid processing delays.

Damaged Shipments
Although we pack every order carefully, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your item arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the damage upon delivery.
If damage is visible at delivery, refuse the package and note it with the carrier.
Contact our team at service@kryscape.com
 within 30 days of delivery.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once the package is in transit, please wait for delivery and then request a return following the steps above.

Non-Returnable Items
Air conditioners that have been installed, used, or tested are not eligible for return.
Because RV A/C systems are sensitive to voltage and installation conditions, improper setup can cause internal damage — for this reason, we cannot accept returns on installed units.
