Steps to File a Claim
Describe the Issue
Provide a clear explanation of the problem — including when it occurred, how it happened, and which product is affected. Please include your order number and purchase details.
Share Any Troubleshooting Steps
Let us know what actions you’ve already taken to try to resolve the issue.
Submit Photos or Videos
Attach clear, well-lit images or short videos that show the issue from multiple angles.
Proper lighting and focus are essential for our technical team to assess the situation accurately.
Note: Warranty evaluations require visual proof of the issue. Claims submitted without photos or videos may be delayed or denied.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty protects you against manufacturing defects and material faults under normal residential or recreational use, provided that:
The product was installed and used in accordance with our instructions.
No unauthorized modifications, tampering, or repairs were made to the product.
If your claim is approved, KrysCape will:
Replace the defective product at no additional cost, or send replacement parts free of charge (if applicable).
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to issues caused by improper use or external factors, including but not limited to:
Incorrect installation or connection
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.)
Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or misuse
Damage due to natural disasters or extreme weather
Commercial or industrial use unauthorized repairs or alterations to the unit
Additional Notes
Claims must be made by the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
KrysCape reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify eligibility.
Warranty replacement does not extend or restart the original warranty period.
