Order Processing
We do our best to pack and ship all orders within 1 day after purchase.
All orders are still processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 2–4 business days.
Transit times can vary depending on your location and carrier scheduling, especially during peak seasons or in remote areas.

We offer free shipping across all of the continental United States.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL for fast and dependable service.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow every step of the delivery.
If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us right away — we’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Delivery Coverage

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be returned to our warehouse.
In that case, we’ll issue a refund once the item is received, but both return freight and shipping freight will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Taxes & Duties
Since all orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse, there are no import taxes or customs fees for customers within the United States.
